Fae Friday is an awesome weekly post created by Kristy at Caffeinated Fae.
I’m super excited to participate in this (and to have been an avid supporter of it from the beginning)! A topic is provided each week, and Kristy is so welcoming to ideas from others. If you have any ideas for topics, reach out to her through her blog or on Twitter (@caffeinatedfae). Even if you don't, you should totally follow her because she is an incredible human being.
Here’s the rules:
Link back to this page on Caffeinated Fae.
If the prompt idea comes from another blog, link to that blog as well. This week's post idea came from Noly at The Artsy Reader.
Use #FaeFriday when posting to social media so we can all find each other!
Participate when you can and have fun with the prompt!
This week on Fae Friday, we’re talking about being playfully mischievous! Fairies are mischievous and playful creatures, and with April Fools Day just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to talk about this week’s prompt:
What mischievous character has a special place in your heart?
The mischievous character that comes to mind for me is Nikolai Lantsov from Leigh Bardugo’s Grishaverse books. He’s always involved in some kind of mischief that he gets out of with his considerable charm and intellect. Nikolai is one of my favorite characters in her series, and while he plays roles in the Shadow and Bone trilogy and Six of Crows duology, he is the star in King of Scars!
